Manufacturer Warranty Information:
Regal Manufacturing Co, Inc
All chairs and barstools should be inspected on a regular basis. Bolted
units should be tightened as required. Vinyls should be cleaned with soap and water. Wood parts should be
maintained with furniture polish. Inspect all welded parts for any signs of stress.
Regal Manufacturing Company, Inc. warrants its products for one year from purchase to be free from defects in
workmanship and material with normal use and service. This warranty does not include upholstery
materials which are subject to whatever warranty is offered by the respective mills. The warranty
does not apply to any product which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than Regal Mfg. Co.
or has been subject to misuse or negligence. Regal Mfg. Co. will not assume labor charges for unathorized
repairs.
Regal Elite steel frames carry a 5 year limited warranty.
Regal regular frames carry a 1 year warranty.

Grand Rapids Chair Co.
Routine maintenance is recommended to maintain the longevity, durability and
beauty of your new furniture. This includes regular cleaning and
polishing, tightening of screws and careful examination of any welds and joints
every 30 days. Any product showing defects should be immediately taken out
of service and reported to the factory.
Wood Chairs: One year free from defects and workmanship, 5 years
structural integrity.
Metal Chairs: One year free from defects and workmanship, 5 years
structural integrity.
Table Base: One year free from defects and workmanship.
Fabric: Subject to warranty of the textile company.
Laminate Tables: Subject to the warranty of the laminate company.

Waymar Industries, Inc.
All statements, technical information and recommendations contained herein
are based on information we believe to be reliable, but the accuracy or
completeness thereof is not guaranteed, and the following limited warranty is
given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Waymar Industries, Inc. warrants that all of its products and their components
shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months after the
date of purchase. If any product is found to be defective in material or
workmanship during the first 12 months after purchase and if the product or
component has been properly installed and maintained by the purchaser, Waymar
will, at its option, replace or repair the product or component without charge.
This warranty does not apply to modified products or components or to those damaged by accident, abuse, neglect or
misuse. In addition, Waymar extends the warranty period for a variety of
products.
These include and are limited to:
Wood chair frames: All wood chair frames carry a 3 year structural warranty on
the frame.
Metal chair frames: All metal chair frames carry a 5 year structural warranty on
the frame.
C.O.M. vinyls and fabrics carry no warranty from Waymar Industries.
Strict adherence to care, maintenance and repair schedule as outlined by
Waymar are required to maintain warranty status. The extent of Waymars
liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. In no event
shall Waymar be liable for injury, loss or damage, whether direct, consequential
or incidental, to persons or property arising out of purchasers use or of any
inability to use said products. Waymar does not assume labor charges for
unauthorized repairs.

LumiSource, Inc.
LumiSource, Inc. has carefully examined and inspected each product at the time of manufacturing and warrants each product to be free
from defects in workmanship at the time of shipment. Each product is furthered warranted to function properly under normal conditions
of use for a period of 90 days from the date of consumer purchase or receipt. This warranty is not valid if the product is misused
or abused.

Holsag Canada
1) This warranty covers goods supplied by Holsag Canada against defects in workmanship and material except as specifically excluded, for a period of one(1)
year from the date of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise specified.
2) The following are specifically excluded from the warranty:
a) Any custom components that are not part of the Holsag standard line. This would include, but not be limited to, custom designed parts
or customer specified components such as fabric, vinyl, foam, etc. which are not part of the Holsag product line.
b) Furniture that has been unduly exposed to the elements such as water, direct sunlight, etc.
c) Damage as the result of accident, fire, flood, civil disorder, strike, Act of God, abuse, misuse or any cause outside of ordinary usage.
3) Holsag agrees to replace, repair or refund at its discretion, defective parts or workmanship.

Seatability
Seatability warrants that the products listed below shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration listed, counted from the date of manufacture for the original purchaser of the product with proof of purchase. Seatability will repair or replace, at its discretion, to the original purchaser only, any defects in products, parts, or components resulting from standard use (indoor seating for one person for eight hours a day, five days a week). Seatability will not elect replacement unless repair is not commercially practical.
Warranty coverage IS provided as follows:

Aesthetic plastic pieces

Casters
Gas lift/glides
Elasticity system bands
Fabric/foam
Tilt mechanisms
Bolts/screws
Branding material/adhesives
Armrest mechanism
Warranty coverage is NOT provided for the following:
Damage caused by the carrier in transit
Discoloration of plastic, metal or fabric
Any modifications or attachments to the product not approved by Seatability, or any amage to product caused by such modifications
Products not assembled, used, or maintained in accordance with instructions and warnings as provided by Seatability
Products used for rental purposes
Products damaged due to negligence or abuse
Products exposed to extreme environmental conditions or acts of God
Any shipping charges incurred for products under warranty shall be paid for by Seatability.
The customer shall be responsible for appropriate disposal of any components or products rendered unnecessary by warranty service. Seatability shall not be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or incidental or consequential damages.

Holland Bar Stool
Warranty Disclaimer (10 Year Limited Warranty)
Holland Bar Stool Company warrants: to the original purchaser ("Purchaser"). The manufacturer of all its products ("Products") to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years, under normal use and service, following the date of purchase and delivery
to the Purchaser. This warranty does not cover upholstery, wood or metal finishes nor damages which result from neglect, accident, intentional
misuse or acts of nature, normal wear and tear, exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, immersion in water, fading or variations in
color or finish over time, scratches, blemishes or slight color variations in wood grain, minor variations in size, unauthorized repair,
alteration, abuse or misuse of Product.
The obligation of Holland Bar Stool Company under this warranty is limited, at the option of Holland Bar Stool Company to repair or replacement
of Product with one of equal or similar type and quality, if, to the satisfaction of Holland Bar Stool Company the Products as manufactured proves
defective under normal use and service.
Repairs or replacements under this warranty will be made by Holland Bar Stool Company or anyone Holland Bar Stool Company, in it's sole direction
authorizes, at no charge to the Purchaser. If return to the factory is necessary, packing and shipping costs to the factory will be charged to the
Purchaser. Return shipping shall be freight prepaid to the dealer making the recommendation. All costs for delivery from the Purchaser to the dealer
and for any delivery to the purchaser from the dealer shall be paid by the Purchaser.
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR AS TO THE FITNESS AS TO ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE WHICH
WILL EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACT HEREOF AND HOLLAND BAR STOOL COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECTLY OR
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATIONS OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND THERE MAY BE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
