1) The Basics
The Bar Essentials manufacturing partners ship products only to the United States.
The manufacturer(s) will drop ship your product(s) directly to your place of residence.
Shipping times will vary depending on the item selected.
Average shipping times vary between 3-14 days.
Custom orders arrive within 2-6 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Manufacturers ship via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or truck direct. Expedited shipping is available if you decide to pay
the additional shipping costs. Please contact us for more information on expedited shipping quotes.
For all the shipments that are too large (or too heavy) for FedEx and UPS, a custom freight company will be used. Keep in mind that most
custom freight companies are NOT REQUIRED to carry your products inside your residence. You may be responsible for carrying the products
off of the delivery truck. If you require assistance in bringing the product(s) indoors, this may be supplied at an extra cost. Please contact us for
further details.
Please double check the accuracy of your shipping address prior to checking out, as incorrect addresses that have to be changed after
your item has shipped will incur a $25 rescheduling fee!
Items that have a " Free Shipping " promotion are for the continental United States only.
Free shipping promotions do not apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for a quote if you live out of the continental US.
Most tracking numbers are provided automatically. However, if you do not receive one, please contact us.
2) Lost, Damaged or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that a product is lost, damaged
or missing, PLEASE perform the following steps! This is critical for "The Bar
Essentials" to help you! If the following steps are not performed
within 24 hours, we CANNOT help you. We must make this clear. These
instructions are per the manufacturers rules & regulations concerning lost,
damaged or missing items.
NEVER try to send your product back to the manufacturer
WITHOUT explicit instructions from "The Bar Essentials." Only authorized
returns are accepted. No exceptions.
Always keep all packaging materials and boxes in case
they need to be inspected by the shipper, or used to return your product.
DAMAGED ITEMS -
PART I - Damaged at time of delivery
a) INSPECT your products / boxes upon delivery. If you feel an
item is damaged, document the damages on the delivery ticket before the
shipper leaves.
b) "The Bar Essentials" MUST be contacted within 24 hours of delivery
for us to file a claim through the manufacturer for you. You can email us anytime from our
contact us page.
Please include in the the following information in your email:
- Your contact information (Name, Address, Phone number,
Order number)
- Briefly describe what is damaged
- Tracking number
c) Wait for a response or phone call from "The Bar Essentials" and we will
provide you with further instructions.
PART II - Damaged items discovered after shipper has left your residence.
In the event that after you open the boxes you discover that an item has been
damaged, please perform the following steps within the first 24 hours!!
:
a) In writing, request that the shipper inspect the damaged goods.
This request must be in writing, and must occur within the first 24 hours after
delivery.
b) "The Bar Essentials" MUST be contacted within 24 hours of
delivery for us to file a claim through the manufacturer for you.

Please include the following information in your email:
- Your contact information (Name, Address, Phone number,
Order number)
- Briefly describe what is damaged
- Tracking number
c) Wait for a response or phone call from "The Bar Essentials" and we will
provide you with further instructions.
PART III - Lost shipment
a) If a shipment is lost in transit, contact "The Bar Essentials"
immediately. You can email us anytime from our
contact us page.
Please include in the email the following:
- Your contact information (Name, Address, Phone number,
Order number)
- Briefly describe the situation that your package or
packages were lost in transit.
- Tracking number
b) We in turn will contact the manufacturer, and more than likely they will
perform a search or trace for your package which usually takes 7-10 business
days.
If at the end of the search, your package is still not located, then the
manufacturer will attempt to deliver another shipment to your residence.
PART IV - Missing Items
a) If a shipment is delivered, but upon inspection, you notice certain items
are missing, contact "The Bar Essentials" within 24 hours of delivery.
You can email us anytime from our
contact us page.
Keep in mind that if you have ordered MULTIPLE products from DIFFERENT
manufacturers, it is highly likely that certain packages will arrive at
different times. There may not be a problem at all!
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your contact information (Name, Address, Phone number,
Order number)
- Describe EXACTLY what item (s) are missing.
- Tracking number
b) We in turn will contact the manufacturer, and more than likely they will
perform a search or trace for the missing package which usually takes 7-10
business days.
If at the end of the search, your package is still not located, then the
manufacturer will attempt to deliver another shipment to your residence.
