Cancellations -

The Bar Essentials may request than an order be canceled on your behalf.  However, if the order is already in production, our manufacturers will NOT cancel the order.

Our manufacturers tailor each order exactly to your specifications (Height, Color, Fabric, etc...).   Due to this, it is extremely rare that a manufacturer will accept an order cancellation once your item has entered production.

Returns -

Our manufacturers reserve the right to NOT accept returns.  However, The Bar Essentials will try our best to initiate a return.  We cannot guarantee that it will be allowed.  If a manufacturer will allow a return, then the customer must abide by the following instructions:

a) A 25%-35% restocking fee.

b) Customer pays for return shipping back to manufacturer.  The Bar Essentials will provide you with the necessary shipping information. NOTE: If you have purchased a product with our "free shipping" promotion, please keep in mind that the actual shipping costs for these products will be deducted from your refund.
