Construction Information
Made of Beech hardwood for superb strength, exceptional grain consistency and superior color clarity.
Mortise-and-tenon construction maximizes joint strength.
Back leg thru-bolts add strength and are camoflaged with a matching grain plug.
Tongue and groove corner blocks triangulate the joints on the front legs.
Barstool stretchers are toenail screwed, eliminating the need for unsightly metal brackets.
Steel seat tabs.
Hand sanded and stained.
Upholstered seats have hand sewn and fit fabrics over high resilience foam to ensure comfort, appearance and durability.
Upholstered seats will use one of 5 threads (Black, Dark Grey, Beaver, Beige or White) chosen by the upholstery team.
Optional wood seats are made of 1" thick saddled ply.
