1 - How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Shipping times will vary depending on the item selected.
Average shipping times vary between 3-14 days.
Custom orders usually arrive within 2-4 weeks.
Our manufacturers usually ship via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or truck direct from
the manufacturer.

2 - Do you provide tracking numbers?
The Bar Essentials provides a tracking number for all products. If for
some reason you do not receive one via email, please contact us!
3 - What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept any major credit card and Paypal payments.
4 - Do you offer any type of discount on large orders (12 or more items)?
YES! Please email us with the details of what you wish to order, and we will do or
best to see if we can provide you with a discount!
5 - I have some questions regarding a certain product, who do I contact?
Email us
and we will try our best to answer any question you may have. If we do not
know the answer, we will ask the manufacturer directly.
6 - Does any of your merchandise carry a warranty?
YES. All items from The Bar Essentials carry a manufacturers warranty. You can see the
details of warranty information on our
warranty page.
7 - My item is damaged, what do I do?

8 - Can I return my item if I am not pleased?

9 - Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is only collected on orders that are being delivered to the state
of Missouri.
10 - How does the order process work?
When an order is placed it is considered "pending" until the payment is
complete and the order has been reviewed for accuracy by our staff. After
this step is completed, the order moves to the "processing" state. This is
when the order is placed with the respective manufacturer. The next step
is "shipped", and then finally "delivered." An automatic email will be
sent to you every step of the way, so you are always up to date on your order

10 - Why was my credit card charged if the product did not ship yet?
ALL orders placed with The Bar Essentials are charged in full at the time you checkout.
This is done to secure your order with our manufacturing partners. All orders all billed up front before manufacturing
can begin on your furniture. This is done because most products are unique in color / texture / stain etc., and they are built to your exact specifications.
