All pictures, colors and stains viewable on this website may appear slightly different based on many different computer and monitor factors. Some colors may appear slightly darker (or lighter) on one computer versus another.

When placing and completing an order through The Bar Essentials, you acknowledge and accept this fact, and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color, texture and stain.

If you are very particular about color, texture or stain, we strongly encourage you to request a sample by contacting us.

II. Return / Cancellation Disclaimer

Returns - Since most products are custom made, manufacturers will NOT accept returns.  Some manufacturers will accept a return if a restocking fee (25-45% depending on manufacturer) is paid and the customer pays for return shipping.  NOTE: If you have purchased a product with our "free shipping" promotion, please keep in mind that the actual shipping costs for these products will be deducted from your refund. Please see our returns page for more information.

Cancellations - Due to the fact that most items are custom made, if an item has entered production, cancellations will NOT be honored.

III. Shipping Disclaimer

The manufacturer(s) will drop ship your product(s) directly to your place of residence.

Shipping times will vary depending on the item selected.
Average shipping times vary between 3-14 days.
Custom orders arrive within 2-6 weeks depending on the manufacturer.

Manufacturers ship via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or truck direct. Expedited shipping is available if you decide to pay the additional shipping costs. Please contact us for more information on expedited shipping quotes.

For all the shipments that are too large (or too heavy) for FedEx and UPS, a custom freight company will be used. Keep in mind that most custom freight companies are NOT REQUIRED to carry your products inside your residence. You may be responsible for carrying the products off of the delivery truck. If you require assistance in bringing the product(s) indoors, this may be supplied at an extra cost. Please contact us for further details.

Please double check the accuracy of your shipping address prior to checking out, as incorrect addresses that have to be changed after your item has shipped will incur a $25.00 to $50.00 rescheduling fee! (Rescheduling fees are based upon whom the shipper is).

Most tracking numbers are provided automatically. However, if you do not receive one, please contact us.

In the unlikely event that a product is lost, damaged or missing, PLEASE perform the following steps! This is critical for "The Bar Essentials" to help you!  If the following steps are not performed within 24 hours, we CANNOT help you.  We must make this clear.  These instructions are per the manufacturers rules and regulations concerning lost, damaged or missing items.

NEVER try to send your product back to the manufacturer WITHOUT explicit instructions from "The Bar Essentials."  Only authorized returns are accepted.  No exceptions.  Always keep all packaging materials and boxes in case they need to be inspected by the shipper, or used to return your product.

Part 1.  If your product is damaged at time of delivery:

a)  INSPECT your products / boxes upon delivery.  If you feel an item is damaged, document the damages on the delivery ticket before the shipper leaves.

b) "The Bar Essentials" MUST be contacted within 24 hours of delivery for us to file a claim through the manufacturer for you.

Please include the following information in your email:
    - Your contact information (Name, Address, Phone number, Order number)
    - Briefly describe what is damaged
    - Tracking number

c) Wait for a response or phone call from "The Bar Essentials" and we will provide you with further instructions.

Part 2.  If you discover your item is damaged after the shipper has left your residence:

In the event that after you open the boxes you discover that an item has been damaged, please perform the following steps within the first 24 hours!! :

a) In writing, request that the shipper inspect the damaged goods.  This request must be in writing, and must occur within the first 24 hours after delivery.

b) "The Bar Essentials" MUST be contacted within 24 hours of delivery for us to file a claim through the manufacturer for you.  You can email us anytime from our contact us page

Please include the following information in your email:
    - Your contact information (Name, Address, Phone number, Order number)
    - Briefly describe what is damaged
    - Tracking number

c) Wait for a response or phone call from "The Bar Essentials" and we will provide you with further instructions.

Product assembly must be done exactly in conformance with the Manufacturer's written instructions, and if offered, the Manufacturer's telephone assistance.
